- Raise or lower your garage door
- Update your smart thermostat
- Toggle smart lights and other integrated devices on or off
- View real-time video streams from interior, outdoor, and doorbell cameras
It’s all in one convenient spot and easy to manage. HomeView gives you a clear overview of your smart home and reflects the real-time status of your devices, allowing you to identify security risks, such as an unsecured window, rapidly. When getting started with this new addition, you can select the siding, color, and roof of your virtual home to coorelate with your real one.
How to personalize the Vivint App
Your experience in the Vivint App is totally customizable. Add the HomeView tool and then set up the My Home tab any way you want. In this user-friendly dashboard, you can place tiles to reflect what’s most important to you. For example, you might want a quick-action button to disarm or arm your system in the most prominent spot, followed by energy usage, cameras, and security sensors. Everything from your camera footage to smart lighting is all in one place.
The updated Vivint App is available to all customers, no matter the plan you choose, and now features a dark mode to boost visibility and decrease eye strain in low-light settings.
